While we optimize our DSP algorithms for 99.9% uptime and sub-cent accuracy across modern browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) on desktop and mobile:

• Microphone quality, ambient acoustic background noise, and hardware gain staging vary by device and may affect pitch detection response times.
• We do not warrant that microphone hardware access or Web Audio playback will be uninterrupted or compatible with every legacy operating system or peripheral.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All source code, custom Web Audio synthesis algorithms (including Karplus-Strong string modeling and McLeod Pitch Method autocorrelation implementations), user interface designs, logos, graphics, and instructional guides on AllTuners.com are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, frame in an iframe, or commercially redistribute our proprietary audio DSP engine or site assets without express written consent.
